Since I first opened up the shop, I’ve always appreciated my customer's feedback, and always love to hear about their experiences, even if there was something the shop could have done better. When it comes to customer service, I refuse to to rest on my laurels – I like to approach every day with the attitude that I can improve something about my shop.
